ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We are, first and foremost, a riding school! Our boarders are active, engaged, and community-minded. As such, you are encouraged to be out and working with your horses on a regular basis.

• INJURY/LAYUP STALL BOARD - additional $12/day for stall rest up to 15 days; $800/mo over 15 days

  • ***stall board may be offered to non-PGHB boarders on an individual basis

• Groundwork/Lunging: $35/Session

• Catching/Holding Horse (e.g. farrier, vet, chiro): $35/Hour (min. $35 charge)

• MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION - NOT INCLUDING HORMONE THERAPY 

  • In daily grain ration - no charge

  • Once daily mediation not in grain - $5.00/per day up to 15 days; $100/mo over 15 days

  • Twice daily medication not in grain - $10.00/day up to 15 days: $200/mo over 15 days

• Grain:

  • Once daily - Provided by either owner or PGHB (owner-provided is not encouraged, but might be vet-recommended) and fed once per day, as stated in boarding contract

  • Twice daily- $50.00/month - on veterinarian orders only

• Deworming: $20.00/ dose - Done by PGHB staff, according to results of annual fecal egg counts.  

• VACCINATIONS/COGGINS TESTING: Scheduled bi-annually and invoiced by owner’s veterinarian (Owners may NOT opt out of deworming or vaccination days unless owner is Palmer.)

• Handwalking, vet care, or exercise rides: Make arrangements with friends or barn team directly.
