Everyone MUST sign a release in order to participate in ANY horse-related activity (this includes leading or grooming a horse).

All riders under age 18 and any person involved in jumping activities MUST wear a HELMET with a properly adjusted safety HARNESS.

All riders MUST wear boots (or riding sneakers) with heels and hard soles while working around/riding the horses.   ·

You are responsible for cleaning up your messes - please pick up after yourself and your horse.  This includes manure in the arenas, barnyard, driveway, grooming area, hoof trimmings/farrier “leftovers”, trimmed hair, and your equipment.   ·

Parents MUST provide supervision for their children when they are not involved in a lesson.  This means actually watching your child while he/she is with his/her horse.  If it is not possible for you to supervise, please make arrangements for someone else to be “on duty”.  Jess and Meggan are NOT responsible for children outside of their lesson times.   ·

PLEASE GIVE 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR LESSON CANCELLATIONS to avoid being charged.  We try to be flexible, but please do not take advantage of us.  Arriving at a lesson without proper equipment, late, etc...will still cost you the full lesson amount, as that time was set aside just for you.  Emergency situations, illness, and bad weather are the only exceptions to this rule.   ·

Boarders tack and equipment is NOT covered by our insurance policy.  Please check with your insurance carrier to make sure you have coverage.   ·

Dogs are NOT welcome at the barn.  We do not allow our dogs out of their yard during working hours for your and your horse’s safety.  Leaving your dog in your vehicle only makes our dogs bark and that is annoying.  Please leave your dog at home.   ·

If you are the last person here at night, please make sure the barn doors are closed, the lights are off, the feed room is closed and latched, and the tack rooms are locked.   ·

Please notify us if you see something that needs attention - a sick horse, a broken rail, a faulty waterer, etc...

Thank you all for helping us keep things running smoothly!
